Big beautiful home very clean comfortable. Would stay again . Nice pool hot tub . Only thing I would change . The way master bedroom is located master bathroom window shine morning sunshine rise if early riser 5am light comes in . If you like to sleep in not then room to sleep in . Traveling with 5 is a challenge, pay for 2 rooms or crowd into 1. Renting a house is an ideal solution and La Valencia exceeded my expectations. We were able to spread out with room to spare and a short walk put us right in the heart of St. Augustine. Highly recommend, especially convenient to Flagler college.

This is the best find ever! Awesome location...right on beach...saw dolphins swimming form the balcony while having morning coffee. Room has plenty of room for us, and everything you need. walk out in the morning and stroll the beaches. Gorgeous sunsets! the only downside (which was beyond anyone's control) is some water issues where minimal ht water one day and the last day we needed to get up early to get a shower as they thought they were going to have to turn off the water for a repair (whole building). would tell everyone a "must stay but then we wouldn't get back in :) thank you! was wonderful!

I had a wonderful time at this condo located on Surfside Beach. It had just been renovated, and was absolutely gorgeous! The view was always amazing, no matter the weather. It wasn't warm enough to sit on the deck most of the time that I was there, but it was still nice to have that area. It was great to have a door to the stairs from the deck, so that I could leave my sandy shoes out there after a walk on the beach. My son, daughter-in-law, and 5 year old grandson came for a few days, and we had plenty of room. They had their own space with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, quite separate from my room and bathroom. Very nice arrangement. The staff at iTrip is great. Very helpful, if needed. I spoke with Mandy several times, but never had the chance to meet her...maybe next year!

If you have any concerns about booking this house, don’t. This house is beautiful with a lovely backyard and all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but besides that I could not be happier with our weekend stay. I would definitely rent again on a return trip.

We stayed at house for entire month of February. Had no issues. Berne was great for any questions. Right between Scottsdale Old Town and ASU campus life. Would definitely stay again

We stayed there as two couples and had an amazing time. All the paperwork was bang on from the address to the facilities to the pictures. iTrip provided great service. Jeff one of the maintenance men was very helpful, even helped me change a signal light bulb in my van because I didn't have the right tool. He is one major asset to your company as he helped us in so many other areas. I would definately recommend this property to a friend or relative. We are hoping to stay again next year in 2018 for the month of March, Lord willing. The main items we enjoyed were the beach, the Publix grocery store, the pool, Sloppy Joes, the boardwalk, and just being able to walk the streets and feel safe. Thanks for everything.

This property was exceptionally clean; tastefully decorated; and had a well-appointed kitchen. The balcony view was beautiful and plenty of space to enjoy. The property was high enough for a beautiful view but not on a steep incline and in a nice, quiet neighborhood within 5 minutes from the main access and attractions. We would definitely choose this property again!

This place is seriously amazing! I normally don't take the time to leave reviews, but this one deserves it! The layout is SO COOL! It is so spacious and beautifully updated and decorated with plenty of room for our big family. The elevator made it easy for my parents to reach each level and the pool was PERFECT for the kids! We had evening cocktails in the top level and could see the gulf and the beautiful surrounding area. We were so close to everything for entertainment, but honestly, this house was so great, we stayed in most nights! The management company, iTrip was SO friendly and helpful! They answered all of our questions a head of time and checked in via email and phone while we were there to make sure we had everything we needed. Seriously, couldn't have had a better time! We have already booked our return trip to this exact home for next year! You can't beat it!

Perfect venue for the rehearsal dinner! We had 30 people who got to enjoy watching and eating the two huge pans of paella on the outside deck. A couple of things: the kitchen is not as well stocked for the home chef as we'd have liked. But that only means the next guests will have some additional "building blocks" to cook stuff up. Also, having only two rolls of TP for each bathroom and lack of garbage bags was a slight hassle. Nobody could figure out the gaming system upstairs and the downstairs fireplace switch is wonky. But overall, compared to other quality rentals of this size, we thought it was awesome and a very peaceful and enjoyable venue. Thank you for all your help. Darren

Gulf Shores makes for a great quiet vacation. With a small surf town, just a five minute walk away, The Salty Unicorn was a perfect spot to spend the week. A few hours from Panama City this little beach spot has almost identical beaches and feel, but with one big difference... No crowds! we spent hours out in the sand enjoying the great weather with no issue finding a spot to camp out. The house was well decorated (great color scheme!) and so clean. We easily fit 6 people (two in the bunk beds, and two in both bedrooms), it was a great size for our large family, and the kitchen has all the supplies needed to cook dinner two of the nights we were there. The house is on a shared lot, so there are 7 other rentals in close quarters, but the neighbors were all quiet and friendly. All the rentals share a pool that the living room and master bedroom balconies overlook, which was perfect for keeping an eye on the kids while keeping out of the sun. We will definitely be coming back to The Salty Pony!

My wife and 3 boys stayed here recently for four nights and loved it! Very clean and cozy and the location was amazing! Our boys loved the pool!! We would highly recommended staying here and will definitely be back again!

This Condo was beautiful and the location perfect. My only complaint was that the kitchen sink handle was broken and we wasted one day waiting for someone to fix it. We were told that we didn't have to stay there they had their on key. I don't know of many people who would leave their personal belongings while a total stranger came in the condo. we were told that was not unusual they had been doing that for 7 years and never had a problem. That's well and good , but my point here is that this was not taken care of before we arrived. We were told that the condo would be ready.

We had such a wonderful stay at Blackstone Condominiums at the Canyons! The unit was perfect- very well designed and appointed! The condo was stocked with everything we needed and more. Location was great-very easy walk to the cabriolet and the shuttle service was very convenient as well. The private hot tub was a bonus and so nice to climb into after a long day of skiing. Check in and check out was easy and if we ever had questions or concerns regarding the condo, they were handled right away! If we return to the Canyons, we would definitely like to stay here again.

Highpoint House provided the perfect place for my family’s vacay. There were six of us, and plenty of room and privacy for each of us. Second year at Quartermoon and another great experience. Beautiful home with ski in/out in Bachelor gulch with access to Ritz and Lift 16. Home is cozy with upscale amenities, including media room, bar and game room and large comfortable rooms and beds to rest after full day on the slopes. We hired Red Maple Catering group for second year for dinners so with large family never had to eat out, highly recommend Fletcher and his team. Will likely be back next year. When you have experienced something this nice, wouldn’t want to risk staying somewhere else.

We were at this house for about 3 months from Jan 2021 till April 1 2921 What a great place! The house is immediately comfortable and eclectically decorated. The three outdoor areas including the front deck,, the grilling and fire pit and the backyard hot tub add just the right amount of relaxation and privacy. The house is close to the ocean and a short walk to the marina. Enjoy breakfast at Proud Marys, an afternoon snack and drink at Turks or go to Stillwaters and sit at the outdoor bar area for exotic drinks and good food Spend Saturday morning at the Farmers Market just a short 3 blocks away Everything including restaurants, grocery stores and drugstores are a short walk away The Mermaid house is a great place to spend your time in California at. Carla is great and very attentive to any issues that arise. She always calls to make sure everything is ok and that in itself is a wonderful way to be treated We will definitely by back and coNtinue to use Carla for out California vacation

The house was gorgeous! It was very accommodating for 5 families because each room has its own bathroom. It was very clean and everything is up to date. We had no issues and the neighborhood is very peaceful. There were grocery stores and lots of places to eat within a 2-5 mile range. We definitely recommend this home to large families. It was perfect for our family.

Our family has stayed at this house for many years, this year for two weeks. Great house, recently renovated; and, great location - easy walk to beach and pool. 30A Shade makes it easy to rent daily beach chairs and umbrellas.

We had a great time at the beach house on Ohio Ave. The house is perfect. We made the 4 minute walk to the beach every day. Most of those days, we followed up the beach with a swim in the pool. The pool is the perfect size for our small kids. They loved it! We then had lunch on the deck most days. The house was very comfortable. The living room was the perfect spot for everyone to relax and unwind after a fun filled day in the sun. There was plenty of space for everyone on the couch. The kitchen was also perfect and up to date. Again, LOTS of room in the kitchen for everyone at the island. We all slept really well. The house is very quiet and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms were also new and very clean. The square and most restaurants are all about a 10 minute walk. We wouldn't have had to get in the car once if we didn't want to. All in all, it was a great week! We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great stay! A couple things to note are there are no screens on any windows or the patio door which made it really difficult to get a breeze through the house without my allergies going crazy. The traffic noise in the back is gets pretty loud through the night but we got used to it after a couple nights. Overall we had a great time and our stay was wonderful! Location can’t be beat.

The location is perfect. It is a minute's walk away from the beach. We managed to wake up early and walk over to see the sunrise at the beach three times during the time we were there. The house was clean, spacious and the hosts were very prompt in their response when we had questions of them.

Whether you are looking for a New England Getaway or perfect spot for a family retreat, this house answers the call. Beautifully situated with idyllic views, this home exudes classic elegance. The kitchen/great room is perfect for entertaining, with a cozy gas fireplace and unique wood fired pizza oven. Wind down or wake up to beautiful sunrises/sunsets from the large windows or landscaped bluestone patios. Four adults found St. Augustine Beach to be the perfect escape from the cold of Wyoming, and Seascape 1 to be the perfect place to stay. It was centrally located to all of the activities we enjoy. At the end of our busy days it was an oasis to rest and relax. We found Seascape 1 to be very clean and comfortable. It was the perfect size for us. Neighbors in the area were friendly and quick to provide us with the best places to eat and the can’t miss activities. Turns out they were right on both. We loved our laid back cottage in a laid back community. We highly recommend Seascape 1!

Wonderful vibe in Nature Walks, a great vacation spot. Great rate for a beautiful house. We enjoyed plenty of room for our family of 9 plus 2 infants. Everyone was delighted with this beautiful home. Plenty of space and things to do for the kids. Community pool and playground is 1-minute walk. The house location is located in a great area just minutes from grocery store, restaurants, shops and a beautiful beach (with restrooms and rental equipment). The photos of the house are exact. No surprises. The property owners responded quickly with baby gates to safeguard the stairway. Plenty of space for everyone and the spacious living room with dining area and kitchen was perfect. We loved having the master on the main for grandparents and the bedrooms for kids and grandkids upstairs. Everyone wants to go back next year.

Your place is perfect for our family. Little Harbor has all we needed to stay busy and relax at the same time. We took many memorable photos. The most amazing sunset! The floor needs to be deep clean. My son spilled some water on the floor around the dining table and I when wipe it up the towel were black. Very disappointed how dirty the floors are. But overall it’s a great place! We will come back.

We have stayed at Kahana Sunset many years ago and it was wonderful to return. Our unit B2B was perfect. Newly remodeled less than a year ago, everything was clean and fresh. The view from our lanai was beautiful. The grounds are very well maintained and we especially like the quant and friendly atmosphere. Lounging on the grass area in front of the ocean was very nice. Plenty of available chairs and not overcrowded. I would make a few suggestions (not complaints). A larger closet space for hanging dresses would be wonderful and definitely the addition of a rice cooker. You might suggest to the property management that a non-slip floor mat in the bathrooms around the pool area should be added ASAP. Those floors are extremely slippery and in my mind this is an "accident waiting to happen". There are a fairly large amount of kids at the pool at different times of the day and it was concerning to me as we know kids, they run, they do not walk. We would love to return to this same unit in the future. The whole transaction from beginning to end was seamless. Mahalo Nui Loa Sandy & Don

We had a small group drive up from Denver to stay at the condo in Steamboat. We had a great time. The condo was stocked with what we needed for meals, everyone had a bed, and the common areas offered plenty of seating for everyone. The fire place was cozy and the patio/grill were a nice addition that you don't often get. The personal sauna was also a nice touch!

This is a wonderful apartment. It has a 180 degree view of the mountain. It's a short walk to the village and gondola. It was clean, comfortable and it has a well equipped kitchen for those that like to do a little cooking. 5 stars!

Bonanza is a charming, mountain retreat and from the moment we stepped through the doors, we felt at home. It had everything we needed and was exceptionally clean. Great unit with an amazing location near the village. We walked to everything. Place was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a 9 day stay. Plenty of towels and bathroom amenities. Beach towels and beach chairs were in good condition. (We did not use the beach cart) Kitchen had a drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig machine. Only issue we had was with the TV operation and they thought that we had rented movies, which we did not. Communication could have been a little better. Better responses were needed.

Well, weve been vacationing as a family for 25 years and our stay at unit 303 at North Beach Plantation Towers is number1! Let us start with Mr Robbie-TOP NOTCH, there for whatever you need, whenever you need it. Staff service was great, everyone happy and helpful particularly Mr. G. The unit itself is awesome, it was everything wed hoped, fantastic rooms, kitchen, balcony-everything. Perfect flow throughout, clean! Views- spectacular. Plenty of food storage, with a kitchen that was easy to navigate. The clientele was happy, respectful and there to have fun. Great vacation and definitely going back!

The condo was perfectly situated for walking to restaurants and night life! Plus, all other activities were within a short drive from the condo. The condo was an excellent size for all 16 of my family members. We all loved the pool table and the layout of all the rooms. The beach was gorgeous and within view from the balconies. We loved sitting outside and enjoying the ocean breeze and views!

This was the perfect place for our stay. The condo was immaculate and had everything that was listed in the ad. Back porchesare perfect for watching the sunrise and has a great view of the marina. There are two great restaurants in site as well. We did some events in Tampa and went to Siesta Key and both were within an hour drive. I'd recommend this place to anyone!

I recently spent a week in Treasure Island and couldn't of been happier with the condo and the location. The condo was everything is said it would be. The view of the walking path out front provided hours of simple entertainment as well as a spectacular view of the gulf!! Everyone was so nice and helpful, I plan to return again!

Beautiful view of the ocean! The deck was fabulous and we enjoyed the ocean and beach view. The access to the beach is very easy and convenient. Rooms are nicely decorated and included extra pillows and blankets, hangers, etc. Very comfortable!

The condo at 303 Chambre is beautiful! The view is spectacular, with the whole back wall being floor to ceiling windows! We saw dolphins within the first minute in the balcony! The unit is exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated! The pool is clean and heated, which we really appreciate, considering the cooler weather we are having during our stay. The king bed is a little too firm for our taste, and really our only big complaint. However, we still give it 5 stars and can’t wait to come back! The condo is within walking distance from many restaurants, which is an added bonus. The beach is white sugar sand!! Can’t say enough great things about this condo!

This is a beautiful property with lovely views! The kitchen was well appointed and the beds were comfortable. The property managers were extremely responsive. With the understanding we were not traveling during busy season, the property was VERY quiet which was also great! If you do not have a car, the walk up to the condo can be a breath-taking (and I’m not referring to the scenery). Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the property. Sadly, we didn’t discover the elevator until the day we left.

Our recent stay at Little Moon Retreat was GREAT! It's a lovely place that's very spacious but there are many steps so you will get in your exercise! The iTrip folks were great resolving a minor concern upon arrival. If I suggested any improvements, it would be to put a couple of luggage racks in the bedrooms so there's a place to put suitcases. We simply loved the balcony and watching the gorgeous lights of Steamboat. It was so convenient to access the trails and great downtown dining!

This is a great spot if you need a place to sleep in this area. Make sure to bring all your own coffee /shampoo, etc. The owners have some “starters” but you can’t count on it. The remote control in our unit didn’t control the volume and although minor, we were there to just chill after all the holiday family time. It’s a clean unit but we have stayed at this complex before and experienced a much higher quality experience.

Our stay was excellent- thanks for making us feel like it was our home away from home. The neighborhood was quiet, saw just a few people out but everyone greeted us. Each couple had there own full bath so it made better plus a spare bathroom. We had plenty of space for breakfast/dinner outside by the pool and even had a dress up dinner inside in the formal dining area. You had all the pots, pans, wine glasses and silverware that we needed. We even used the grill- Would stay again definitely! Beautiful home inside and out!

This is our third year doing a long-term rental at Tranquil Aspens. It has become our “home away from home” and is such a comfortable place to be. Excellently furnished and the kitchen is well outfitted. The beds are all very comfortable. Super location and sitting by the gas fireplace is the perfect place to end the day after skiing. We are looking forward to next year already.

Indian Shores is a great area. Being right on the beach was very nice. For 5 people the Condo was roomy. A very minor complaint is the master shower. If you turned it to good water pressure, it was scalding. When turned down to an acceptable temperature, the water pressure was low.

This place is a little gem located not too far from downtown St Augustine. Very close to other activities such as the alligator farm. There is a lovely view of the ocean, and convenient garage parking. The little courtyard with barbecues was perfect for cooking some meals, and everyone kept it clean. There were plenty of blankets and pillows if needed. When we couldn’t find the beach chairs, it was rectified immediately with someone bringing a few for us to use. Customer service is phenomenal, which was actually a good surprise. The unit was quiet and the people were friendly during our stay.

We really enjoyed our vacation. We celebrated 5 kid’s birthdays. This was their first ever time at the beach. They had a blast. Our rental house was great and walking distance to the beach. We spent a lot of time on the beach. Kids love the water. We would definitely do this again. Definitely would recommend I trip again. Only downside was floors we not very clean and the table in the kitchen was really sticky

This was our first time in a house and at Cherry Grove. Neither disappointed!! The house was outfitted perfectly for all of us (8). No one was cramped and the 4 bathrooms were a huge plus!! The views and privacy couldn’t be beat. I will admit, I thought the pool would be “ just ok” as I’m not one to use public pools. I couldn’t have been more wrong. After a long day on the beach, hanging out in the pool and on the patio was so relaxing!! We loved the accommodations so much that within 15 minutes after checking in, we all agreed that there will be no more condos for us. House life it is. Book this gem and you will not be sorry!!! Can’t wait to get back again.

We enjoyed our recent stay very much, The condo is spacious, well decorated and the view from the deck is gorgeous. We had stayed in this complex 2 years ago so we were familiar with the area and complex, The pictures online are accurate. Patio furniture is slightly different, 1 lounge, 2 chairs, coffee table. A large cooler, a huge box of beach toys and a collection of beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards were available. Beds were comfortable. The remote controls for the ceiling fan lights in the bedrooms seem to be synced so when we turned on/off light in master, light in second room turned on/off. The touch lights on master headboard did not work for us. Kitchen is well equiped and all appliances functioned fine. We didn't use the stove. We would not hesitate to stay again.

We loved our stay at Valley retreat. Everything was clean and as advertised. It was a perfect set up for our two families with three levels and room for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed and the kids never wanted to leave the game room downstairs. The only downfall was the road leading up to the the road where the house was is very steep, it was only lightly sanded and not plowed so we had quite a difficult time getting up it. It took us about 40 mins and it was pretty scary so we decided to park in the community center and just take multiple trips to get everyone and everything up and down. Our friends had a jeep so they had no problems. The hosts were easily accessible and did provide a phone number to call for plowing but unfortunately we couldn’t get in touch with anyone. The house driveway was plowed and easily accessible once we made it up the hill and the garage was great for unloading all our gear. Campton is a nice little town with easy access to the mountains and a great place to put your feet up at the end of a long day. We checked out a local brewery and restaurant in town. Can’t wait to return and check it out in the summer months!

We loved this condo near the beach! It had everything we could ask for! The pool was nice, there was a wagon and beach toys for us to tomorrow for our little one, and the rooms were comfy and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed including spices for cooking. The beach is a very short walk. Our dog enjoyed it here too! The door was a little bit difficult to lock (had to drop everything and use two hands, so not a big deal but that’s really the only negative I could think of). Great vacation place and would definitely stay there again!

The condo was just as described via the online pictures. There were plenty of dishes, beach items, towels, etc. We loved the location and were able to sample many local restaurants. It was apparent that the place was checked before arrival. Busch Gardens was an hour drive but the airport was a reasonable 30 minutes away. We would definitely come back and certainly would recommend it.

You can’t find a better location and a view of the slopes in Breck as well as main st. Unit has updated kitchen, bathroom and flooring! A queen in one bedroom and a queen with bunk beds in the other. Easy walk to peak 9 or the shuttle stop is on the corner of main & Jefferson about 200 ft from the front door.

My family decided to rent this beautiful home amidst the pandemic in an effort to enjoy some R&R while maintaining social distancing. We thoroughly enjoyed the home, amenities and it's closeness to Sanibel, Captive and Ft. Myers beach. The nature preserves, beaches, educational offerings enhanced our all too brief stay. The only issues were that the pool area tiles and screen porch needed some TLC, but it did not detract from the enjoyment. Looking forward to another stay!

Our accommodations at CampoBello Dr were great! We loved the location, spaciousness of the home, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The backyard was a definite highlight with the saltwater pool, seating areas, bar/grill and outdoor fireplace. The only thing we found missing were towel racks/rings/hooks in the kitchen and bathrooms. We would definitely come back to the same house.

Our stay was incredible. Condo was clean and super cozy. Breathtaking view overlooking the coast from the balcony as well as from the master bedroom. Exactly as described in the post. Booking through iTrip was very easy with zero complications. I was very pleased with how much iTrip reached out to me. We stayed 5 nights at 1405 Sanibel. We really loved the condo & the views were spectacular! A few things to remember to bring with you: beach towels, beach chairs (they did have one there, but it has seen better days, so we passed on using it), toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, Kleenex, dishwasher tablets, pots & pans & extra blankets for the beds! The beds were very hard & uncomfortable & only had a sheet & a very thin type comforter (I’m not sure you could call it that). The pots & pans they have in the unit need to be replaced. Even with spraying them, everything stuck to them! We ended up buying a set to use & brought them home with us. The beach was a short walk across the street & the views from the balcony were incredible! The condo was very clean & well kept. Definitely recommend anyone to stay! You won’t regret it!

The home has amazing views, very clean, and stocked with everything we could have possible needed, it far exceeded our picky standards. Great experience and exceptional customer experience! We recently stayed at this house in Briarwood with our family and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation time. The house was really clean, had nice furniture and plenty of towels and such. We cooked a lot and found whatever we needed...the owners thought of everything. There was even an electric pump in the garage for pool floats and they also left bikes. My husband had to work while we were there, so the desk was really nice to have. The outdoor pool deck was large enough that we never felt like we were on top of each other, even with our dog running around. My in-laws appreciated having the awning to shade them during the day and even the outdoor furniture was nice and comfy. They really loved being able to watch their favorite TV shows outside while the kids played in the pool. Although this neighborhood was just a short drive to the beach, we spent most of our time by the pool and spa with our extended family. Our favorite thing was to be poolside at night with all the solar lighting around the pool. Those lake views were spectacular. They even had a hand held remote control device for operating the pool and spa. The other thing that impressed me was when I text the manager fairly late at night with a question, she responded immediately. Naples in general was a great place for a family vacation with lots of restaurant options and nice beaches. It's a gorgeous area. This was definitely a memorable family vacation for us. We plan to return and would definitely recommend this rental house to others.

As someone who started visiting Anna Maria over 30 years ago, I’ve seen it grow and expand year on year. Staying at Linger Longer brought that sense of “olde” Anna Maria back. It’s location on the beach is fabulous and sitting on the balcony, watching the sun set each evening, cannot be bettered. It has everything that you need, is in easy walking distance of some great restaurants and the agent is really helpful. Should you wish to venture further ( but why would you move away from the beach??) it’s an easy ride to Sarasota- I highly recommend a visit to The Ringling Museum- and a short hop to the far side of Anna Maria and Bean Point! Rent and enjoy!

We loved the Cabin! It was very neat and clean upon arrival. Also, liked that it was not too remote and within a Cabin Resort Park and close to Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountain Park entrance.

Loved this little bungalow! It was clean and comfy, decorated beautifully, and was in a very convenient location to all of St. Augustine's attractions. As avid St. Augie visitors, we've seen it all and stayed in all types of accommodations. This was one of our favorites. We didn't use the stove or do any cooking, but we could see there were ample tools and kitchen equipment. One thing that was not super great was the road noise from Ponce de Leon Dr, which is pretty busy, and lots of construction in the evening. We thought it would be a problem and keep us up, but we fell right to sleep. Lighter sleepers might have an issue. Also, people parked their cars close to or behind the driveway, making it difficult to impossible to back out the car, even though the curb is painted yellow for no parking. A no parking sign could fix that. All in all, an amazing stay and a happy family!

Second time we've stayed in this condo. Everything was fine both times. Kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, and dishes. Good work surfaces. Big new fridge. Good gas range. Even had a coffee grinder for us coffee snobs. Big dining room table. Large, plush couch in the living room. Bedrooms have plenty of room. Good carpet. Bathrooms clean and new. Washer and dryer worked fine. Two car warm garage. Driveway kept plowed early and often. Beautiful view of the ski hill, surrounding mountains, and main street of town. Back yard for dog walking. Management helpful, friendly, and responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Isle of Palms. Our place was incredible...exactly what we needed. Close to the beach, clean, spacious...perfect for out group of golfers. The porch was great as well to be able to sit outside and enjoy a drink while watching the sunset.

Steamboat Springs is a great summertime vacation spot for all. We rented bikes and ride along the Yampa River, stopped at the botanical garden, went tubing, hiking, shopping, and explored the local art and historical museums. One of our favorites was riding the roller-coaster and scenic chairlift on the “Mountain”. Our condo at Ski-time Square was clean, comfortable, and charming. My family- all 9 of us, will definitely come again, perhaps for skiing, next time!

Stayed here with my family and it was fantastic. Very clean and up to date. Big enough kitchen with room for everyone to sit at table. Good sized bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Only thing we didn’t have was an iron and the very nice property manager dropped it off ASAP. Only takes 2 minutes to walk to the beach.

The condo, itself, was very nice. The resort, however, leaves a lot to be desired. They don’t have nearly enough elevators for the amount of rooms here. There was always a 10+ minute wait for an elevator. The noise at night was almost unbearable. When we arrived at the condo, we found a paper plate full of sea shells in a dresser drawer, the dishwasher was full of dishes, there were towels in the dryer, and a water bottle behind the t.v. In the living room. The beach was so crowded, we wound up driving to other beaches just so we could enjoy ourselves. If you’re not into the party scene and don’t like crowds, stay away from this resort. Christina was extremely helpful and we do look forward to booking with iTrip again, just not at Tidewater.

My extended family of 9 stayed at Bella Playa very comfortably recently. There was lots of room for sleeping and hanging out. The house was decorated very cute and beachy, and was very clean upon our arrival. There's a ping-pong table in the garage that the kids loved playing with and the house is an easy walk to the public access entrance at the beach. We had an issue with the freezer while we were there and Itrip sent someone right out to check it and they even brought a bag of ice! The house has an elevator too, which was so helpful for my parents who were staying with us. Would definitely book with them again in the future!

Awesome spacious home is in a safe neighborhood, close to so many activities and the beach . Food restaurants are very close. The experience is a family first VRBO style. We have not participated with a vacation in this format ever! I have to say that I’ll never go to another hotel for a vacation again. The experience here has been better than thought possible. This condo is situated perfectly outside of everything St Augustine offers and yet far enough to put you in a quiet community with a couple of minutes by foot onto the beach. We had a personal greeting left to us by the owners and the accommodations were perfect- better than advertised. We plan to try to return to this rental as many times in the future as we can. That’s why it too good to talk about. Thanks for making this a really great experience.

We loved this condo and would stay there again! The views were amazing and plentiful dolphins to watch from the deck off the living room. Loved the proximity to Johns pass, walked everywhere. It felt safe and clean. The pool was great too. We had 2 adults and 4 teenagers and it was easy to stroll around. We rented paddle boards and went on the pirate ship. We had groceries delivered and ate dinner out. Very fun time. Thank you!

This was our first trip to Panama City. The condo was great. Very clean and nicely decorated. The best part was the deck and the views. Wish the weather had been a little warmer but the beach was nice and not super crowded. Location was great. Found some good restaurants. No complaints but I would recommend supplying the kitchen with some pot holders and a cookie sheet. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in Shadowbrook 403. Could not have been a better location on the mountain! I was impressed with how clean the condo was and it was stocked well for our one week stay! We were able to cook dinners in most nights easily with the well appointed kitchen. We did not have a car and were easily able to navigate the bus/shuttle system just steps from the condo front door! We will definately stay here again on our next trip to Snowmass.

6 of us ladies recently spent almost a week at River Rock Cabin. This place is not only beautiful and relaxing but nicely decorated. It has all the amenities anyone could want to include heated bathroom floors. The owner makes sure everything is working and in tip top condition. My only complaint is that we couldn’t spend more time there. I highly recommend this cabin to any group wanting to have a great experience in Pagosa Springs.

Great home, super clean and with nice modern decorations. It is located on a quiet waterfront street near downtown and the beach. We enjoyed the incredible views and fresh sea breeze from Dolphin’s Bay. We saw dolphins playing in the bay while sipping our morning coffee. We will definitely be back!

We had an absolute blast here! The salty turtle is very nicely laid out and decorated so cute! We spent a lot of time out on the balcony which had a fantastic view of natural landscapes and wildlife, golfers on the course beyond that, and also the large pool. Speaking of the pool, we were a VERY close two minute walk to the pool for the complex, which made it easy to balance going back and forth if you forgot anything (sunscreen!!). With two families, and younger kids, we were able to take advantage of the fact that each bedroom had a bathroom, which was extremely convenient after a long day at the pool or the beach. The open concept of the main level of the floor was great for spending time together for meals and time in between. The beach is a 15 minute walk, or a 2 minute shuttle ride, to an amazing clubhouse on the gulf. There you have a good restaurant, pool and private beach access. This was an incredible setup we fully enjoyed, and with the really convenient shuttle, made getting to and from the beach effortless, and much less hassle-free than driving there and trying to find parking. We had a really great time here, and will definitely be back! 10/10 recommend.

The house was fantastic for our short trip to Saint Augustine! The front porch is ideal for enjoying the warm Florida sunshine and the backyard was beautiful! Our family loved having the pool steps away from the house to be enjoyed by our children and ourselves. This home has been completely updated and extremely clean. The hostess was super responsive and proactive, making us feel welcome and answer all of our questions promptly. They even helped us retrieve items forgotten after we checked out! We were able to use the charcoal grill provided in the backyard for cooking fresh seafood that we found at the local markets. It was furnished with everything needed to make our family stay comfortable! The off street parking and car port for our car was great when the rain came in. The house was a short walk to downtown Saint Augustine! We made several trips for shopping, ice cream, dinner, and to the Fort. It was an even shorter walk to The Conch House and Marina for dinner, music, and boat tours! A true Island Oasis for our family!

We haven’t had a family vacation in a while due to the pandemic lockdown, so getting to visit Panama was a treat for the whole family. Getting to wake up to the view of the ocean from bed was the best part. I definitely recommend staying at this condo because the hot tube and heated pool are so relaxing after a long day. The view is breathtaking, and we will definitely book again. The only complaint that I would have is the cold water but that isn’t something anyone could control.

My husband & I spent a week at #1207. The condo was clean and well equipped with a great location! Besides the normal dinnerware and pots/pans provided there were also beach towels, umbrella, cooler, beach chairs, pool noodles, yoga mat, paper products, shampoo/conditioner, soap, and spices for cooking to name just a few. This is really a plus as it required very little extra spending for items that you sometime have to buy when renting with VRBO. So a big thank you to the owners! We also enjoyed riding their new Huffy bikes that were included with the condo. We went to the P.F. Chang's on Route 41 in Naples (about a 10 minute car ride) for a happy hour which included discounted appetizers which we enjoyed. We also discovered Doug's Seafood which is located in a strip mall less than 3 miles from the condo. AMAZING and BEST lobster roll we have ever had! A little pricey but worth it. We went 2x because it was that good! We also went to the onsite Cafe restaurant and had a burger and the grilled chicken sandwich w/ bacon & avocado. Both were good! We would definitely rent again. Spent a wonderful week at this property with my wife, daughter, and son-in-law. I've rented various VRBO properties in the past and can tell you this property ranks near the top. VERY clean, well kept, and included all of the amenities you'd think all VRBOs would include...like silverware, plates, towels, pots, pans...you know, NORMAL stuff that you can actually use while vacationing. Neighborhood was very quiet, near plenty of dining options. Communications from property management was excellent, gave easy-to-follow check-in and check-out instructions, and kept in contact during our stay to make sure everything met our expectations. Would most definitely recommend!

This location is AWESOME!! It's only few minutes drive to local restaurants and fun things like water sports. Communication was fast and you are provided a packet filled with activities and restaurants so that you don't have to waste time searching. The place is neat! The furniture looks a bit antiquated; however, we didn't mind because the space and view made up for it. We enjoyed our stay and even added an extra day extension.

Publix is within walking distance along with a pizza place, a diner, and a few other places. Universal is just a few minutes away and easy to get to using Universal Blvd. We had two teens and two adults and there was plenty of room. We didn't cook much, but the kitchen had all that we needed. The pool and hot tub across the parking lot from the condo are lovely places to relax. The unit is on the end of the building and it was super quiet.

This is a wonderful space to rest and recharge with family. I am impressed with the cleanliness and all of the little touches that we discovered during the stay. There were flashlights, a small bottle of wine in the fridge, ice cubes were made and ready as well as dish liquid, a brand new sponge in package and toiletries in the bathroom. Extra blankets and towels were available as well as a heating pad. There were board games and a fire pit as well. There is no seating by the fire pit so you may wish to bring some folding chairs to sit by the fire while you roast marshmallows. From the moment we got to Hounds Nest we felt comfortable. It is a lovely home away from home. We will definitely come again. Constant Getaway is a beautiful vacation retreat. This home is a short walk from the enchanting beaches of Santa Rosa. Our family enjoyed the outdoor living space that included a relaxing patio setup with a new grill and fire ring. The indoor space has been well maintained with lots of space to cook and hang out. The pool located right around the corner was a great option for our children when we were not at the beach. Constant Retreat is located near well-known local and national restaurants, shopping malls (large and small), and coffee shops. It's very family friendly and is nestled in a quiet spot near a nature reserve. It is also close enough to the Destin area that you could enjoy larger attractions there. We plan to return to this rental next year.

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The condo was emasculate and comfortable and equipped well. The only issue we had was that water got into the electrical panel and set off the alarm at 4 am the day we were leaving. The walk down 19 stories of stairs left my legs very sore for several days. Until that event, our stay in Gulf Shores was relaxing and very enjoyable!!

My family (2 teenagers and 1 tween) recently stayed at this exceptional condo for a Spring skiing trip. The condo was perfect. It was clean, spacious, with high-end furniture and appeared to be recently updated. It was ideal for pre-skiing breakfast and post-skiing relaxing. We loved the hot tub on the deck overlooking the lake and the pool/ping pong table upstairs in the bonus room. The oversized kitchen table was perfect for the kids to play the board games provided. The location was great to access the Colorado mountains - minutes to Keystone, 10-15 minutes to the town of Frisco (great restaurants) and Breckenridge, and Vail just 30 minutes away. Close by was a grocery store, bagel shop, excellent pizza and Starbucks so everyone in the family was happy! We would love to go back in the summer or winter!!

What a perfect vacation get away, location is fantastic next to Harbour Town. Walk to the waterway, resturant's, shops and enjoy all of Sea Pines. The home has all amenities and large kitchen, patio and waterway's are beautiful. We stayed here just short of 2 weeks and we were so conftorable it was difficult to say good-bye until our next trip out to this location. Peter is fantastic to work with, always avaialable and checks to ensure everything is fine and if anything is needed. Could not be in better hands when renting this location.

We had such a great time! We had great view of ocean and condo was clean and roomy. We had an issue with handle on sliding glass door breaking but repairman came and fixed without delay. We will be back next year :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. This condo suited us perfectly and it has everything you need along with a spectacular view! The weather was perfect! Our kids really enjoyed the heated pool and we enjoyed beach! We spent the day on the beach on New Year's Eve. What a wonderful way to end 2023! We'll be back in the spring!

Overall great stay. There were some ants in the kitchen but there was ant spray and I’ve heard Hawaii tends to have bugs in general so I was not shocked. I had a small issue with the washer but they were very kind in taking care of it as best as possible. There are plenty things in the entry closet to help keep a family occupied. Also, extra linens are in master bedroom closet. I couldn’t find them at first.

We loved our stay at Palms and Pines and would definitely book this house again if coming to Florida. We had two families with 4 adults and 6 teenagers and there was plenty of room. The house was immaculate and the layout felt spacious and was very comfortable. Our favorite spot was the upstairs covered patio, where we watched a thunderstorm and had drinks and just hung out. The customer service was very responsive and addressed any needs we had quickly. We rented bicycles which allowed us to explore the neighborhood and nearby beaches and stores. We can't thank you enough for sharing your home with us and we absolutely loved it!

We would agree with the five star rating. This house was very clean upon arrival. We cooked most every meal at the house. It was well supplied with cookware and dishes for an army. There was a full stock of spices that was available and some coffee and oils. Every bathroom was well stocked with towels and toilet paper. The house was very comfortable for our extended family of 6 adults and 2 small children. There are two flights of stairs to and from the top floor where the living room/kitchen is located so we got our exercise. The house is walkable to the casino and into town. We would definitely stay there again.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was absolutely beautiful, very clean and spacious for all 12 of us! We can’t wait to come back!! This house has everything you need!! Down to extra blankets for cozy movie time! All up to date appliances! Even an extra frig in the garage! Not to mention absolutely everything you need to enjoy the beach with!! Sunsets and sunrises are in perfect view from the kitchen!! Highly impressed and a quick walk to get to the beach and the turtle sitings are super cool too!! Lots of space for parking!! Great backyard for extra kid play and nightly s’more time with a fire pit! Very close to downtown! Great places to eat here! We absolutely loved it all!! Can’t say it enough, it’s such a beautifully decorated and well built home I can’t wait to stay here again!! Thank you so much!!
