How Our Program Works
We list and manage your vacation property using the leading Internet rental websites. These sites are the most searched, with proven results.
What Snowman Rentals Does For You
- Write flattering property descriptions highlighting features that set your property apart from the rest
- Determine appropriate photos to best represent your property
- Do market analysis to determine competitive rental rates for different seasonal periods (rates are owner approved prior to publication)
- List your property on 1, 2 or 3 different internet rental sites including availability calendar and guest book
- Respond to all rental inquiries received both by phone and/or email usually within hours
- Obtain signed rental agreement from renter
- Obtain certified funds from renter including booking and security deposits
- Arrange for easy check in and check out
- Arrange for turnover cleaning services & any other special cleaning services needed ie. Carpet cleaning
- Update each website monthly recommending competitive specials for slow periods
- Issue you a check monthly or transfer funds directly to your account if preferred
- Return security deposit to renters 7 to 10 days following checkout inspection
- Follow up with renters to secure future repeat bookings

OVERVIEW
All of our plans listed below allow you to receive 85% of the revenues your property produces. We charge only a 15% fee for our services – you keep the rest!

GOLD SERVICE
Our most popular plan. Each property is listed with three (3) Internet rental sites. Each site is updated monthly. It stands to reason the more sites your property is listed on the more rentals that will be generated. We also design your personal web page to host additional photos of your property linked to each of your Internet rental sites for renters who want to see more. In addition to this we will provide top ranking in 43 top search engines when using the relevant key words.
Enrollment fee: $700.00 per property.
SILVER SERVICE
Each property is listed with two (2) Internet rental sites. Each site is updated monthly. Includes welcome binder described above. Does not include brochure/web page.
Enrollment fee: $500.00 per property
BRONZE SERVICE
Each property is listed on one (1) Internet rental site. Site is updated monthly. Includes welcome binder described above. Does not include brochure/web page.
Enrollment fee: $300.00 per property
