Deposits and Return/Cancellation Policy
1.RESERVATION DATE:
Lease begins at 3pm (Central Time) ____________________ 200_ and ends at
10 am (Central Time) on _________________________200_ . Rental rate for the _______ period including 10% Florida tax and one time cleaning fee of $65.00 is $ _______ (USD).
(Please note that this does not include a $250 refundable damage deposit.) While every effort will be made to have the unit available for check in at 3pm, during high season the cleaning crew may require additional cleaning time and check in may be delayed up to 5 pm.
2. DEPOSIT: Deposit of $250.00 (USD) is due with acceptance of rental agreement.
Payment of deposit shall be deemed as acceptance of this rental agreement. Payment may
be made by traveler’s checks, bank money order, wire transfer, or certified check or major
credit card via paypal. Personal checks will be accepted upon approv al; if funds are not credited within seven days booking will be cancelled.
3. BALANCE: Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. Balance includes a $65.00 one time cleaning fee, 10% Florida tax and $250.00 refundable damage deposit. This amount is $_______ (US dollars) and is due on July 25th, 2005. Payment may be made by traveler’s checks, bank money order, wire transfer, or certified check or major credit card. Personal checks will be accepted upon approval; if funds are not credited
within seven days booking will be cancelled; if this happens, deposits will be refunded less a $100.00 administrative fee. Damage deposit will be refunded within 7 -10 days of checkout pending inspection by cleaning firm. The tenant is responsible for all damages to condo and furnishings, damages exceeding the security deposit will be charged to the tenant's credit card or billed to the tenant.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event that you must cancel your reservation
please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If
cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with
the exception of a $100.00 admini strative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL
WITHIN THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL
AMOUNT. There will be no refund for early departure unless authorities request
mandatory hurricane evacuation.
Customer Information & Credit Card Transactions
Limited information is supplied to Snowman Rentals, LLC in the event of a sale. This includes your name, IP Address and website domain name. This information is not sold or distributed to third parties. Credit card payments are processed through Sage Payments. This information is collected solely for Sage Payments to securely process the order, and is not accessible to Snowman Rentals, LLC.
