	Todd and Kathy Morrison Kathy Morrison, President Principal Kathy has a strong background in business management with over 20 years of experience in business operations. Her attention to detail and efficient systems make her perfect for directing this fast-paced service oriented business. Her high standards and strong family values insure that your stay will be an enjoyable one.
	Todd Morrison, Vice President of Marketing Principal Todd's marketing, graphics, web development and consulting clients include Adobe Systems, Epson USA, Mainstar Media and First Chase. With over 17 years of experience as a professional photographer and graphic deisgner, he will showcase your property with the skill and style it deserves. Creating innovative systems for maximizing your properties exposure on the web is a top priority for Todd.
	Steve Presley Steve Presley, Vice President of Sales Principal Steve has been buying, selling, managing and building real estate for over 30 years. Over the last 12 years, he has participated with others in the marketing, purchasing and selling of some 3,000 pre-construction properties worth $1.5 billion. He has personally bought and sold $10 million worth of preconstruction properties.
	Steve has owned beach condos in rental programs for over 15 years. He currently serves as a principal in Price Morgan, LLC along with Tom Bissmeyer and Kyle Dreier. For 20 plus years, he has owned a real estate management company, specializing in single-family houses and beachfront resort condominiums. Steve has also owned a construction company for four years, building custom and spec houses. Prior to that, Steve served in corporate America for 23 years, holding a management position as President and CEO of a Fortune 500 company. He currently co-own's a major logistics company based in Tennessee.
